I think a range of boxer shorts should be brought out for those wearing their britches round their knees, which instead of a designer name on the waistband says:

“I’m too stupid to buy clothes that fit me!”

You know it’s a funny thing… last week there was a news bulletin covered later by Matt Cooper on d’radio about a town in Chigago that has started fining $25 to anyone not wearing a belt! I too do not wish to see other people’s kak’s. Especially fish-tails! *vom*
