A couple of Clips, because I’m Lazy!

I discovered this first clip, and just had to post it.  It’s an exquisite video clip, portraying 500 years of Women in Art.

A VERY freaky Yas Abbad.

I feel like this poor bloke.

Elisabeth Haselbeck slams Rosie O’Donnell.  (It’s about freaking time!)

Just a Mere Tourist

I’ve discovered something lately. We are all just plodding along on this earth,
unknowingly traversing life’s course – following every twist and turn, trying
to discern where or when our journey will take us.

Heck, if those greasy physicists at CERN in Geneva have
their way, the
world will end on November 26th of this year
. The imbeciles want to risk the destruction of
the earth, just so they can possibly see what caused the universe at the BIG
BANG.

The most dangerous people on the planet are those (Bush)
that think they know everything, but know absolutely nothing that they
profess. I am not connoting that we
don’t need eccentric scientist and physicists – quite the contrary, but they
should understand that we are mere grains of dust in the hands of Aeolus.

We may only be wee particles in the vast cosmos, but we do
leave echoes of ourselves behind. Whether that is good or bad, is up to us. Everything we do and say leaves a permanent
impression on future generations. I don’t
reckon that any of us can really and truly fathom the effect we have on others,
especially those that are young and impressionable.

We are all here for a purpose. God or Goddess (I don’t feel like getting
into a deep religious discussion, as I’m not religious.) in his or her infinite
wisdom, knows what’s best for each of us.

Of course, all of this is just my otiose sentiment.
