Hi everyone, I’m still alive and kicking. I should have another piece of "One Summer", another short story, or a Haiku up tonight. It’s hard to write anything, between the coughing and hacking that stabs my chest, like a hundred knives. 
About ten years ago, lying on a hospital bed, I asked a friend of mine, "I’m tired, why doesn’t he just take me out of this cruel world?"
He looked up at me, patted me on the shoulder, and said, "Maybe God or Whoever, is not ready to put up with you yet".
The room that had moments earlier, been devoid of life, erupted in Cachinnation. Ever since that day, I’ve not asked such silly questions. My path may be cluttered with debris, impassable in places, but I will clear the rubble and keep pushing forward.
